This article chronicles our factory’s journey from establishing a wooden box hardware business in Shenzhen in 2012, to relocating to Foshan and transforming into an integrated aluminum case manufacturer in 2025 under industry and cost pressures. We faced challenges including team restructuring, cash flow strains, technological upgrades, and rebuilding market connections. Through perseverance and collective learning, we overcame these obstacles and achieved small-batch production of new aluminum cases. This story highlights the resilience and innovative spirit of small manufacturing teams when facing adversity and reflects the growth of Chinese craftsmanship in the manufacturing sector.
