1. Straight curved hinge
The door panel covers the entire 18mm thick side panel of the cabinet (that is, the door panel covers the side panel 17mm), and the hinge used is the straight bending hinge.
(1) The default hinge hole distance is 110mm;
(2) The inner hollow depth of the side plate with the hinge should be greater than 70mm;
(3) The straight-bending hinge can only cover the side panel with a maximum of 17mm, so the full cover of the side panel door with a thickness of 25mm and 35mm can only cover a maximum of 17mm.
2. Middle curved hinge
The door panel covers half of the 18mm thick side panel of the cabinet (that is, the door panel covers the side panel 8mm), and the hinge used is the middle-bend hinge.
(1) The default distance between the hinge hole and the edge is 110mm;
(2) The inner hollow depth of the side plate with the hinge should be greater than 70mm;
(3) The mid-bend hinge can only cover the side panel by a maximum of 8mm.
3. Large curved hinge
The door panel does not cover the side panel of the cabinet at all (that is, the door panel covers the side panel by 0mm), and the hinge used is the large curved hinge.
(1) The default distance between the hinge hole and the edge is 110mm;
(2) The inner hollow depth of the side plate with the hinge should be greater than 70mm;
(3) The large-bend hinge is embedded in the side panel, and is suitable for side panels of various thicknesses.
4. 165° straight curved hinge
The 165° straight-bending hinge is the same as the ordinary straight-bending hinge, but the opening angle of the door panel is different. The opening angle of the ordinary straight-bending hinge door panel is 90°, and the opening angle of the 165° straight-bending hinge door panel is 165°.
(1) The default distance between the hinge hole and the edge is 110mm;
(2) The inner hollow depth of the side plate with the hinge should be greater than 70mm;
(3) The 165° straight-bending hinge can only cover the side panel by a maximum of 17mm, so the side panel door seat with a thickness of 25mm and 35mm can only be covered by a maximum of 17mm;
(4) Commonly used in corner cabinet door panels.
5. 165° large bending hinge
The 165° big-bend hinge is the same as the ordinary big-bend hinge, but the opening angle of the door panel is different. The opening angle of the ordinary big-bend hinge door panel is 90°, and the 165° big-bend hinge door panel is opened at 165°.
(1) The default distance between the hinge hole and the edge is 110mm;
(2) The inner hollow depth of the side plate with the hinge should be greater than 70mm;
(3) The 165° large bending hinge is embedded in the side plate and is suitable for side plates of various thicknesses;
(4) The 165° hinge also has a half cover. The installation master does not install the cushion block of the 165° large curved hinge, which is the 165° medium curved hinge;
(5) Commonly used for corner cabinet door panels.
6. 60° hinge
The 60° hinge is only used for the connection in the middle of the hinged door panel of the corner cabinet.
The hinge hole of the linkage door is opened on the same door panel, and the door panel on the side where the handle is installed has no hinge hole.
7. American hinge
The installation method of the American hinge is special. The base of the hinge is fixed on the fixed sealing plate on the same plane as the door panel. It is often used for the in-line cabinet as the corner cabinet, and part of the cabinet is used for the fixed sealing plate.
(1) The default distance between the hinge hole and the edge is 110mm;
(2) The inner width of the side panel with the hinge should be greater than 72mm.
8. Flat hinge
Flat hinges are designed for flip-down doors and are used in conjunction with flip-down supports.
(1) The default distance between the hinge hole and the edge is 110mm;
(2) The maximum door panel height H≤450, the maximum door panel width W≤1200;
(3) Only full-cover doors can be used for all 18/22 thick door panels, but aluminum frame doors cannot use this hinge;
(4) When the flap is closed, the size of the cover bottom plate is 16mm-19mm;
(5) When the door is moved, the trajectory will go down beyond the size when it is closed. It is best not to have other panels under the door. If you insist on doing it, the gap between the two should be 10mm.
